Services
three placesto meet you.
Most couples arrive somewhere between fully planned and figuring it out. The right shape of support depends on where you are when we meet.
A note on the work
Honest about scope. Honest about fit.
Every wedding is built around the couple, the venue, and the timeline you are working with. I work one wedding at a time, take on a small number of dates each season, and write every proposal from a real conversation. There is no upsell here. There is only the right fit.
Day Of Wedding Management
For couples who have planned the day and want it run.Day Of Wedding Management is built for the couple who has handled their own planning and wants someone to take ownership of the execution starting three weeks out. The day is not yours to manage anymore. It is mine.
The work begins with an in-person planning session where I audit the full plan and surface anything still loose. Within two weeks of the event, every booked vendor is contacted and confirmed by me directly, so nobody is texting the bride at 9am asking what time the cake arrives. The master timeline is built from scratch and distributed to every vendor, and a venue walkthrough happens before the event so we know how the day flows through the space.
What is included
- In-person planning audit, three weeks out
- Direct vendor confirmation in the two weeks prior
- Master timeline, built from scratch and shared with every vendor
- Venue walkthrough and site logistics review
- Up to ten hours on-site, day-of
- Setup or breakdown oversight inside the on-site window
The day-before ceremony rehearsal and full setup and breakdown are available as add-ons when the scope of your event calls for them. This is one connected service, not a checklist you can pull pieces out of.
Partial Planning
For couples who have started, and need someone to carry the rest of the way.Partial Planning is for the couple who has started but knows they need someone to carry the rest of the way through. The work begins five to six months out. By that point, you have usually booked the venue and maybe a couple of the bigger vendors, and the rest of it is sitting in a planning doc waiting for someone to make decisions. That is where I come in.
I take over vendor research and booking support for every remaining open category, which means the inquiry emails you have been sending at midnight stop being your job. The full floorplan layout and design direction is built by me, not pieced together from a Pinterest board you are trying to translate into a real venue. Budget tracking and vendor contract review are part of the engagement, which protects you from contract language that quietly costs four thousand dollars in overtime fees on the wedding night.
What is included
- Engagement begins five to six months out
- Vendor research and booking for every open category
- Full floorplan layout and design direction
- Budget tracking and vendor contract review
- Custom bar menu design
- Day-before ceremony rehearsal, included
- Master timeline, built and run by me
- Up to fourteen hours on-site, day-of
- Full setup and breakdown, included
Every piece inside this service exists because the next piece depends on it. Booking vendors without a floorplan creates problems you do not see until install day. Building a timeline without contract review creates problems you do not see until the invoice arrives.
Custom & Luxury Design
For events the standard offerings cannot hold.Custom & Luxury Design is built around your event from the ground up, not adapted from an offering above it. This service exists because some couples have a level of vision and complexity that the standard offerings cannot hold. Micro-weddings, elopements, destination events, and high-design celebrations all live here.
What is included is decided inside the vision meeting, which is required before any proposal is written. That meeting is where we figure out what your event actually needs, which can mean heightened design work, additional staffing where guest counts demand it, extended planning timelines for events that need eight to twelve months of runway, or travel logistics when the wedding is somewhere I have to fly to.
Where this lives
- Micro-weddings and elopements
- Destination events
- High-design and editorial celebrations
- Multi-day weekend weddings
- Vision meeting before any proposal is written
- Scope, staffing, and timeline built around your day
This lives as its own offering because trying to fit a thirty-guest island elopement and a two-hundred-guest design-driven reception into the same package would produce a worse version of both. The vision meeting tells me which one you actually want, and the proposal is built around that answer.
